Description of packages purpose
This package is mostly a wrapper of the rexposome package, which is an R package for exposome characterization and exopsome-outcome test association. The implemented functions are the ones that have a non-disclosive return or the output is treated to be non-disclosive. The main functionalities implemented are:
- Exploratory analysis of the exposome
- ExWAS
- Inverse ExWAS
- Exposures PCA
- Exposures HCPC
- Exposures correlation
